only possible positive about this place is the fact it’s food is edible. The workers are disgustingly unprofessional, incompetent, and just overall rude, some of the worst customer service this country has seen and you can tell by these reviews. They do not use gloves and dig their hands into all of the toppings which is an easy way to cross-contaminate. There’s much better pizza spots in st catherine’s, and even better pizza depot’s if you like their products. The only reason they remain open is because of their location being with foundary lofts.
I went when visiting friends in the area, the whole event was a mess and makes me never ever want to return. The person in charge of taking orders kept half taking our order, before jumping to a different customer and completing their order before returning to us. Then he didn't even wear any gloves or seem to care about food safety at all. What should have been a walk in slice of pizza and go turned into a whole half hour ordeal to get sub par, greasy and chewy (in a bad way) pizza.
They are open late, which worked well for me. The address isn’t easy to find but eventually I got there. Pizza was pretty good… better than a hot n ready for sure.
I totally disagreed with other peoples comments. Owner is always go above and beyond and always friendly. The lady who served me today did an excellent job. She treated me very professionally and They made my 8 large pizza in a way that exceeded my expectations. I believe if you want your pizza with extra loaded toppings than you need to pay for it. In this time nothing is free. They also need to Pay for it. You cannot get anything free as you wish. Everything costs money. People please don't ruin the "SHINNING GEMS" Image. We requested by paying extra toppings with extra veggies likes jalapenos onions.They fully satisfied us. Very clean and presentable pizzas. I wish I can give more than 5 star. Pizza cooked to perfection. Love it. So, customer service ✅ and Quality of work ✅ Very Honest. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Pizza Depot Thorold at 3510 Schmon Parkway’s pizza is so tasty, really good crust and I have trust in each of their employees. Since they opened in the last year, the quality of their staff and food is beyond expectation. In terms of quality, the pizza served here greatly surpasses the other chains . Also, the Man with glasses who works here always allows for such a warm experience and delivers great, meaningful conversation. He makes my day. I can never understand if I come back for the food or service because both are so good! I wish i can give more than 5 stars. Highly recommended!!!
