Had a pepperoni pizza, it was okay. Tried chipotle mango and plain wings. The chipotle wings were nicely sauced with good flavor. Really enjoyed the wings.
Great prices, great menu, great staff, great pizza. Our entire family loves the pizza here. Walk in specials are very reasonably priced and way higher quality than what you'd get from the chain stores. Staff is always friendly as well!
Ordered the shawarma poutine. Was the best one I’ve ever had. The chicken and sauce were so flavourful. I highly recommend this place. Are most of it before I got a photo but wow. So good. 10/10
I ordered ahead for pickup and repeated the order a few times when I got there they didn't get my order right and wanted me to still pay for it.. After I asked if they can just make my order the way I wanted it they agreed but when I got home it wasn't at all what I asked for.. I will never go back...
I went to one of my best friends place in Thorold. Anyway, we decided to check this place out since we were already at the Foodland right beside and It was dinner time. I was starving! Service was standard and the atmosphere was okay. The food quality/quantity/price was atrocious. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! The good: The only good thing that came out of this Is as I was eating, my buddy kept catching me constantly shaking my head at how dissatisfied I was with everything about it. I genuinely didn't know I was shaking my head till he mentioned it. We both laughed about that part. The bad: Hands down the absolute worst shawarma I've ever had in my life. Quantity Quality Price We ordered 1 large chicken and 1 large beef and rice shawarma dinner. My buddy grabbed the bag that had the 2 dinners. The first thing my friend says is "This is a really light bag". We both get to his place and I grab mine (beef) and It was indeed a very light container. I open It up and I was really disappointed. It's must have had 3 cups of rice and half a cup of salad with a small handful of strips of beef. Dry strips of beef. I've purchased small shawarma dinners that had 2X or even 3X the amount this large had and better tasting too. The pictures I post up will not do it justice for how little the amount of food that is there and that was after me taking 2 or 3 spoon of It. As you can see in the picture at the top right of the container there wasn't anything in that space. It came like that empty. I will never go back to that place for any food. We were legally robbed. My business and money will be spent anywhere else. I ate my small morsal of bird food and ended up going to Mcdonalds to grab myself something of weight. The taste and texture was a 2/10. The rice, sauce, salad, beef barely had any real flavor. The texture of the rice was borderline mushy. I really do believe If I gave it to a homeless person asking for food that they would be offended. My friend paid for both of us so around 30-34 for both large "dinners". If anyone thinks about going to grab a bite from them, I'd suggest even sticking to the Mcdonalds half a block away that has higher quality food. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! If you order from this place and you get the exact result I did, you can only blame yourself.
We have ordered many times from this establishment The food is aways fresh, tasteful, and reasonably priced. The one gentleman that works behind the counter in Thorold aways aims to please the customers. Very polite, soft spoken and patient. Take Out Food is awesome this is my new go to. Wait times have been 15-20 mins each time I would recommend this place to everyone
Buyer beware, we ordered a pizza from here tonight, we received an uncooked pizza and when we called to ask for a refund the person who answered the phone told me I was wrong and wouldn’t refund us. Worse than a frozen pizza. I don’t even want to get start wing the wings!! Terrible service and awful food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE Absolutely disgraceful customer service
