I have bought a display control unit from them and have it installed in my car by the dealer. Part is working good, as expected, and saved me a lot of money. This auto shop is very professional and, based on my experince, a trusted source for OEM used parts.
My wife took her van to have the A/C repaired, and the shop agreed to perform the service. After paying nearly $1,400, the A/C failed again within two months. Upon returning, they suggested installing a used part to diagnose the issue, which did not resolve the problem—yet we were still charged for both labor and the part. They then claimed they would order a new replacement part, charging me for the cost difference and additional labor. The repair lasted only one month before the A/C failed once more. When we returned, the shop informed us they no longer performed mechanical work and advised us to take the van to an external mechanic, promising to cover the costs. However, after finding a mechanic willing to perform the repair, the shop claimed they did not know which part had been ordered for our vehicle and needed time to investigate. Two weeks later, they instructed us to bring the van in so they could identify the part number before ordering it—an unreasonable request, given that they were the ones who initially handled the repair. Now, they are demanding that I pay for the new part upfront, take it to the mechanic myself, and only receive reimbursement after returning the old part. This situation is completely unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of professionalism. With temperatures rising, my wife and child are still without a functioning A/C due to their incompetence. I am deeply disappointed in this company, which once prioritized customer service but now appears to care only about profit. I do have the invoices to back up all these claims. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been egregious. I will never return to this establishment nor recommend their services to anyone.
I drove 2 hours Then after waiting for 30 mins, got part for +$25 above negotiated price on phone call but that information just disappeared and got email conversation printed which was before phone call. Always ask for confirmed price through the email because you can't prove any conversation details which was made by phone call! However, the cashier and guys at the yard were nice, quick and acted very professionally.
I sold my car to them today for scrap, it was efficient, everyone was helpful. I walked off the street it was done in under 20 minutes. Great spot, thanks folks.
