We had difficulty finding a company that would repair our glass Stressless side table. The heavy glass top somehow became detached from the base. Mark was more than willing to help us out with such a small job. He used glue that was cured by UV light and therefore was transparent and didn’t show from the top of the table. The result was perfect and was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Very happy.

Called 5 times for a quote in just over a month. Despite being told several times someone would be in touch via phone, then later email, no one reached out. If you're too busy or the job is too small, have the courtesy to simply say so.
Had a broken window in my storm door. Am disabled and in a wheelchair. Called the business and the receptionist said to call when I got there and someone would come out and get the window out of my truck so I didn't have to get out and bring it inside myself and risk getting cut. Called me t he next morning to tell me window was ready and to call when I got there and someone would bring it out. Opted to have a friend who was going to be close by pick it up... Awesome service. Would highly recommend Niagara Glass.
