My mother (a senior) has been going to this store since it opened. She likes to wander around looking at all of the trinkets. The other day the clerk manning the cash register was very nasty to her because she entered the store with her two pound brand new puppy under her arm. She just didn't see the sign. All the man had to do was explain their policy and she would have left and never returned with the dog. Instead, he was condescending and rude. She apologized and he furthermore insulted her by very sarcastically telling her to try leaveing her dog at home next time. My advice? Go to Dollarama. They treat their customers with respect. These guys are absolute jerks. When I called to speak to the manager - more disrespect. They don't deserve your business.
Anyone with a brain would know that animals (unless service animal) are not allowed in a public place or business. Give your head a shake lady. Common sense.
